Writing some page name every time just to add space is lots of unnecessary work.
Wiki should replace SomePageName with something more friendly.
Simpler option is to just add spaces between words (works well for most of the names).
More sophisticated option is to add proper name as page attribute and use it instead of page name. In addition, it could be rendered on top of page to avoid duplicating it as h1.
