I try to install Redmine in windows according to this [[[http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/HowTo_Install_Redmine_in_a_sub-URI_on_Windows_with_Apache]]].
this document is for 2010 and I think It's time to update.
I cant install mongrel and use gem install mongrel --pre, also cant install mongrel_service and rmagick, when I try to install it see an error.
please help me,what can i do?
