未完了Add A "Notify These Members" Option In Forum Posts

Currently, when I add a new forum post, I have to follow up the post with an email to project members letting them know I added a new post just in case they did not select "Watch" for that particular forum.
It would be nice to have a checkbox list of project members below the post to notify specific members that a forum post was placed.
Basecamp does a good job of this. (Screenshot attached.)

There is a plugin "Boards/Wiki/Issues watchers management":http://www.redmine.org/plugins/redmine_boards_watchers which can do the similar job.
