On the roadmap page, the version links listed on the right-hand side bar do not carry the page state when selected. For example, disable all trackers except one, select "Show completed versions" and then click "apply". Selecting any version from the results list refreshes the page and loses the the selected states. This is mostly a problem when you select a completed version, only to have the page refresh and for that version to no longer be showing :)
(on a side note - we need to automatically convert ":)" to little happy face graphics. Very important!!)
The easiest solution would be to only render the anchor part of the URL and avoid the page refresh altogether.

Hrmmm... I think I stuffed up the textile mark up when I put a smiley face in double quotes.
The parenthesised text should read

Fixed in r1462. Links now contain anchors only.

Yes, it's turned into a link. I'll have a look at this problem.
Concerning smileys, you can fill a feature request :-)
