完了Due date calculation not working in german

On the page http://domain.dom/projects/roadmap/identifier under each Version you see, when the version is due, i.e. "Due in 47 days (31 December 2008)".
This is not working when you change the users language to german. Then, it will say "Fällig in (31 December 2008)".

By the way, the month names are not displayed in german neither (december instead of Dezember).
