My company uses basecamp for project management, of which software development is only a part. Redmine works well for my needs, but I respect that the simplicity and elegance of basecamp justifies it's use by the remainder of the company.
What I would like is to integrate basecamp TODO's and redmine issues.
the (basecamp)TODO item would be the subject of the (redmine) issue¶
comments on the TODO would create a comment on the redmine issue (and vice versa)¶
resolving on basecamp would change the status on redmine (and vice versa)¶
time tracking¶
Are there other potential integration points?
journals
Would be best to develop this as an optional plugin since it interfaces with an external commercial service.
