From what I can see there isn't a straightforward way to get to the master timesheet page for all of RedMine (/time_entries).

The only way I have been able to find it was to go to a project, access that project's timesheets then follow the breadcrumb back up to "All Projects" (Or typing in the URL).

I think a good place for a simple link would be on the main projects page next to "New project | View all issues | Overall activity"
