Feature request to perform an update and have an option to not email watchers. A check box saying "Silent update" will suffice. When this checkbox is checked and the update is made, watchers will not get email notifications. If it is not checked, watchers will get email.

This is useful when you are putting a personal note or information that may not need the attention of watchers. For example, you have a task and would like to note to yourself some technical info or to do, you don't want to send an email to over 20 watchers.
