説明
When creating a SVN repository it would be nice to have a starting revision for the project. This way I can create a project and have the revision start from somewhere in the stream where I don't care about previous changes and the stats page would only include changes made from starting point. Perhaps the configuration for repository could have a starting revision field or support in url http://host/path?rev=1234
