Some RTL-languaged developers write their commit messages in their native languages, while others prefer to write it in English. It is usually a per-project convention to select in which language they write commit messages. So deciding about correct text direction of "Comment" column of repository view is not possible currently.

I suggest Redmine let the project manager(s) select default language of commit messages. A way to improve the case would be letting the manager enable Redmine's (to-be-implemented) automatic detection of language (or just language direction) of each commit message.
