It would be massively helpful if the Atom feed on the Issue list included the current filters as parameters, so that the feed could represent a subset of the full issue list.

I think I had a look at this at one point, but was quickly confused by the filter mechanics. I may have a crack at this at some stage, but would be heartily impressed and eternally grateful if someone who was more familiar with that code could drop this in...
