Motivation in doing tasks usually depends on benefit we get when task is done!

Need to track time cost for different Projects, Tasks, Summery Cost for Category of Task

1 hour cost different in different projects
1 hour cost different during year

Each project is different in Benefits We get when Project is Done!¶

During a Year we get different payments, in January 2 000 in may 8 000, and cost of 1 hour in different months is different¶

What we should know doing tasks/projects
Each Assignee has its own Task Payment so we should know weather Task payment is correct,
or payment is too high because benefit from task and project can be less optimistic during planning it! Next we can decide to choose another assignee, or We can make decision to postpone the task or rearrange it.
