User preference for storing offset of month in Gantt

説明

It would be great to have a user preference which will store the offset of needed month relative to current month.
For example, I want to see 3 months from August to October inclusive and now is September. First time I will see the 3 months from September, then I want to change 'from' to August and Redmine will store the -1 offset from current month. Next time I will see Gantt starting from August and in October I will see Gantt starting September and ending November.
