We are requesting our customers to install Redmine and use it to interface with their business users. When some of the issues get escalated and requires our attention then we need a issue to be created on our copy of Redmine for the corresponding client project. Further when we update the same the original issue on the client's copy should get updated. This can probably be extended to Wiki's, files, documents etc.,
