Currently, the plugin directory allows users to both search and browse the various plugins. However, there is no way of filtering the plugins to a specific version. It would be nice to implement a system similar to drupal's, where plugins can be filtered by redmine version and other metadata. Currently, plugins must provide their redmine compatibility, so it would be a simple "WHERE" SQL clause that would need to be added.

Eventually the filter could also list older version of a plugin if the specified redmine version is dropped in a subsequent release of the plugin.
