"RFC 1738":http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc1738.txt Uniform Resource Locators (URL) in part 2.2 said:
"Thus, only alphanumerics, the special characters "$-_.+!*'(),", and reserved characters used for their reserved purposes may be used unencoded within a URL."
But Redmine code disallow commas and dots in wiki page title. Why? Which reason for it?
