Hi,
I think that Redmine should be improved adding the ability to link an image to each value of the Status field. This will improve readability and the UI. Plus, it would be useful to add the Resolution field as a predefined field with the ability to define custom values for it like the Status field. The resolution field should indicate the status of the fix, like in JIRA and in this site. A closed ticket could have a Won't fix resolution or a Fixed resolution for example, and this can't be indicated by the Status field.
