I don't think such infomrmation will anyone search explicitly on demand on his mypage. Then btw. you have to think about how such complete stats are drilled down (e.g most hits first, etc), and maybe that is not that what the user is interested in. Think of likes or +1, that is think it mahes most sense. Its just context information if you are there anyway where the data i showed as usual. My issue is just for "community feeling" not realy necesarry for "work", like Facebook is ;)

How about user stats, his participation on projects, stats for "updated by", user activity on redmine stats.
