Some enhancements would make using a huge wiki with a lot of pages much more comfortable:
1) choosing parent page using ajax (similar to parent task for issues) instead of hierarchy list
2) drag and drop for the wiki index page
3) bulk moving of pages to another parent
journals

Agree, would be very nice. It is difficult now to choose the right parent from hundreds of pages.
