未完了Timelog Report. No message about the 100 column limits.

説明
The maximum count of the columns in the RedmineTimelogReport is 100.
But there isn't any message about it.
So, a user may make a mistake during a time control if a number of time steps exceeds 100.
Steps to reproduce:
go to the Report¶
choose "Date range: all": !http://www.redmine.org/attachments/download/4542/SearchTimelog.png!¶
choose "Details: days": !http://www.redmine.org/attachments/download/4543/TimeLogReport.png!¶
choose "Add: Project"¶
Despite the projects in Redmine have more than 100 active days, the number of day columns will be 100 and the Total in the bottom row will be insufficient.
I suppose, that the relevant message about 100-limit is needed.
journals
I can confirm that the limit is still present in Redmine 3.3.1.stable without a warning message.
The limit is both at the web page and in the exported CSV.
