説明

"ruby-openid 2.3":https://github.com/openid/ruby-openid/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md#230 fixes "authentication via Google/Google Apps OpenID":https://github.com/openid/ruby-openid/pull/53.

We have installed the updated version to "Planio":https://plan.io and can confirm that this fixes the problem with authenticating against Google OpenID.
