I would like to improve my bookmarks in my web browser. In order to do so, I would like to be able to call the redmine URL the following way:
http://my-redmine-url/?login=my.user.name
When I manually type in this URL or click on my bookmark, the login form opens and pre-enters my login name ("my.user.name") into the login field. No additional logic is required. So it is just a nice usability improvement which will make me (and hopefully others) smile every day when I have to sign-on.
Nice-to-have: Automatically set cursor focus to passwords field in this case.
