Following r12353[1], I think it could be very useful to also provide a project identifier substitution option for the link format URL pattern property.
While I was adding this new substitution I found some typos in the test methods names, which I fixed first.

I extracted two patches against source:/trunk@12406. The feature patch includes a simple test similar to the ones already provided for the other substitution options.
