Sometimes our bugs are rather big and have long-long-long discussion. Our users can make some proposions that in the comments that in fact are transfered into new issues. Just for now we have to copy-paste the contents of the comment and start submitting a new issue...

I suggest to add a feature to Redmine to start a new issue from some comment. We can have a link near every comment to do it. The description of the issue can be copied from this comment, and the new issue can have a relationship with the parent one. And it would be nice to navigate from the comment to the created issue and back, from the issue to the originating comment.

Is it possible to implement?
