When opening a folder in the repository-view, that contains a '%'-character, a "Bad Request" message will be shown.

Steps to repoduce:

Create a svn-folder, which contains a '%'-character (e.g. PERCENT_%)¶

Open the repository-view and navigate to the new folder (see screenshot01.png)¶

Open the folder -> "Bad Request" occures (see screenshot02.png)¶

When you replace '%' by '%25', the folder can be displayed (see workarround.png)
