説明
Currently collapsed text always stays closed. It could be used for better text organisation if it would offer flat to initially show uncollapsed because collapsed text can follow its own formatting without breaking the previously imposed format. For instance, having tables inside bullets is hard to achieve without breaking the next bullet, but its very easy inside the collapse.
