Hello!
This is a +MUST-GIVEN+ feature, as it becomes too difficult to manage if there are several issues.
Currently, we have to scroll down, and then again go back to Headers to find out what column data were we looking at. And, this is too clumsy.
Please do add this feature / If there is some plugin for this, then let me know.

Actually it is surprising that there are not more than 1-2 posts for this, that too unanswered. Please add this feature as soon as possible, or even if a plugin can be created it would be good enough.
as we are having more than 2000 entries currently, so we are facing a lot of difficulty.
