未完了Place Status button at the very bottom or top

When I work on an issue most often I want to change the status. All the other things usually dont change, once I created the issue. Only the status of the issue.
However, it sits in the middle of all those fields which dont change. So it takes a little longer to always find it. It would be better to place it more promininently at the very bottom or very top.
Of course we can change this ourselved in the templates, but I thing is a usuability thing to improve and probably is not being noted.
