説明
Basically we have an email signature that contains 5 small images, which continue attaching to redmine tasks as emails go back and forth. Something similiar to Feature #3413, but size instead of type. The images are embedded in the emails, but at less than 6kb.

Embedded in the sense:
Open image with MSPaint
Select All
Open Outlook message and paste picture.
Redmine renames them 1.png, 2.png, etc. But if I exclude those, then if the email contains a screenshot that the user wants to add to the ticket, then that screenshot becomes 1.png
