未完了Plugin update check to handle dashes as well as underscores

A lot of plugins was registered long time ago when check for update feature was not implemented yet. And they have link with dashes http://www.redmine.org/plugins/progressive-projects-list.
Of course there is an option to update plugin page and rename its id. But page is indexed and probably stored into somebody's bookmarks.
It would be great if check for updates could handle dashes as well as underscores while looking for the proper plugin.
