説明
This patch adds a functionality of filtering issues by their previous status / assigned_to / priority / tracker values. It is obtained by making additional join queries to Journals and JournalDetails tables if needed. It also gives the possibility to select a date range for each of them. Filters are selectable from standard issue filter select box and are placed under History optgroup.
