Hello everybody,

We use redmine(ver. 2.5.0 stable) for our projects and we search for an opportunity to get immediate alerts if there was a status update for one of our issues or a new ticket is created.
The idea is to place a screen in the middle of the office and every time an issue changes or a new issue is created, a sound rings and the issue will be displayed on the screen. However the alert should only played on the following issue-updates:

• A new issue was created
• An issue is finished
• An already finished issue was returned to in progress

Are there any possibilities to implement this feature? Maybe there are already some plugins or one of you implements this feature with the aid of the REST-API?
It would be nice if someone could help us or have any ideas.
