A nice to have feature would have either a global setting (or at a project level) for the default action of copying the subtasks when copying a specific issue. The current default is to include the subtasks (copy_subtask checkbox).
Justification. It is an "easy to miss" setting that in some situations could have consequences when an issue is copied.
One of our projects has asked if it was possible to change the default action of "copy subtasks" when copying an issue. They have some issues that have a large number of subtasks, and one of the developers accidentally copied an issue that had about 50 subtasks under it.
