When a issue custom field of type "float" is enabled for a project, the checkbox "Total" for this field appears in the issues page of the corresponding project.
In the settings page of the associated custom field, it would be great to be able to configure whether this checkbox shall be displayed or not in the issues page, as a total would not make any sense in some cases.

You're right. It may be very confusing for people to have the posibility to select a "total" when it is completely irrelevant.
