Hi!
It would be great if redmine could pull the image from the jpegPhoto attribute from ldap for user thumbnails just like gravatar is implemented.
So a checkbox under Settings -> Display which sais something like "Enable avatars from ldap".
And in the ldap integration add a field for avatar where one can specify the image field in ldap, default jpegPhoto
