I made a patch file from Ivan Cenov's bg.yml file.
According to Google translation, it changes @label_news_new@ from "Добави" (Add) to "Нова новина" (New news). "Нова" is used in @various label_*_new@ labels and "новина" is the current translation for "News".
LGTM. Setting target version to 4.0.0.
