Persian translation of Redmine has been updated to fix the usability issues with the very old translation still in use (see #7418-18) and also to add translations for newly introduced strings since the last update of Persian translation which has been a long time ago.

It's notable that the provided translations are based on commercially proven ones used and improved in "Peygir":https://peygir.com service over the years.
