It would be nice to have ability to disable viewing, adding or deleting attached files for some issue statuses during the issue lifetime.
Sometimes it it required to 'freeze' uploaded files at some issue statuses, to protect them from later changing.
So it would be nice to have ability to define file related options at workflow.

You can actually achieve this today by using custom fields for specific files which can be set @read only@ in the workflow...
For me, attached files are more like a folder where everybody dumps it's stuff and for so it can be treated more casual.

Great, I missed that. I will use it as workaround for our projects.
Anyhow, it would be nice in (near or far) future to have this feature.
