説明
It would be amazing if user can copy a formatted text to clipboard (ie from MS Word) and paste the text converted to Textile syntax.
My users complain about the Textile syntax, they want to use graphic editors to format the text and then convert it to Textile.
There are "services that do it":https://pandoc.org/try/?text=%3CB%3Esample%3C/B%3E&from=html&to=textile but it would be much better if Redmine can do it.
It is similar to #3816 but for text formatting.
