説明

In the zh.yml, the translation of "track" and "watch" is same!
This make a lot of confusion for users.
My patch give a better translation "关注" for "watch".
The new one is closer to the internet habits, such as Weibo APP(Chinese twitter).
This conflict doesn't exist in zh-TW.yml.

My environment:

mysql Ver 15.1 Distrib 5.5.56-MariaDB, for Linux (x86_64) using readline 5.1

ruby 2.4.5p335

Rails 4.2.8

redmine master branch

git version 1.8.3.1

I think the suggested translation "关注" is a nice improvement. Also Gitlab uses "关注" as a translation for "Watch" (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/blob/38df06dd914171351291b5ba261862bdc446cc44/locale/zh_CN/gitlab.po#L7647).

Probably "关注" is familiar for Chinese speakers because many applications including Gitlab, Twitter, and Instagram uses the word as a translation for "follow" or "watch".

Sometimes "关注" is used to explain Watch feature in GitHub. The page https://my.oschina.net/sdlvzg/blog/1603331 explains GitHub's Watch that "Watch 的作用是关注" (this means "the function of Watch is 关注").

Based on the above, I believe it is appropriate to translate "Watch" into "关注". the confusion should be fixed ASAP. I am setting the target version to 3.4.11.
