@generate!@ methods in @test/object_helpers.rb@ supports customizing by block. But @IssueCustomField.generate!@ doesn't support it.
The attached patch adds it.
FYI: I created this diff by Git. Because I have the same problem as #24864-10 for svn.redmine.org.
