The current Japanese translation for text_file_repository_writable is "ファイルリポジトリに書き込み可能" (means "File repository writable") is inappropriate now. Since the English translation is "Attachments directory writable", so the Japanese translation should be "添付ファイルディレクトリに書き込み可能" corresponding to the English translation.

The inconsistency occurred in r2218 when text_plugin_assets_writable ("Plugin assets directory writable") was added. The English version of text_plugin_assets_writable was changed from "File repository writable" to "Attachments directory writable" in the commit, but the Japanese version was not.

this patch will update the Japanese translation following the change in the English translation made in r2218.
