Even though I committed a change, it does not show up in Activity.
Issues, Changesets and News were enabled in the Activity view filters.
I have noticed this problem with regular issues in the past. I linked Redmine to revisions and now see it with that.

Redmine v: 4.2.2.stable
Ruby version 2.7.4-p191 (2021-07-07) [x86_64-linux]
Rails version 5.2.6
Environment production

I found that this bug doesn't happen in the morning, but does happen in the evening after 5 PM PST. Also, there is a workaround where I change the date in the upper-right to tomorrow's date, and it does work.
This makes me suspect the problem is that the datetime calculation is using UTC time incorrectly. By 5 PM PST it's the next day in Grenwich, England.
