We are planning to use redmine tool and have all the required fields necessary to implement the waterfall SDLC. What is stopping us from using the tool is calculation of defect density or rather tracker density based on 'severity of the tracker'. It is important to estimate how effective our testing is or whether we could continue with the testing methods which are being implemented.
The EVM plugin helps forecast the performance of the project.'
